Affiliate Policy<\/h4>

At Market Vision Scape, we offer an Affiliate Program to individuals and companies interested in promoting our services and products in exchange for commissions. This Affiliate Policy describes the terms and conditions governing our Affiliate Program.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Application and Acceptance<\/span><\/span><\/p>

1.1. To become an Affiliate, you must submit an application through our Affiliate Program registration page. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our discretion.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

1.2. Once your application is approved, you will receive access to our Affiliate Program dashboard, which includes affiliate tracking links, promotional materials and reporting tools.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

2. Affiliate Commissions<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Commissions are earned based on referrals of new customers to Market Vision Scape through your unique affiliate tracking links.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

2.2. Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the total purchase amount made by referred customers.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

2.3. Commission rates and payment terms may vary and will be detailed in the specific terms provided to you upon acceptance into the Affiliate Program.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

3. Affiliate Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/p>

3.1. As an affiliate, you agree to promote Market Vision Scape in a professional and ethical manner.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

3.2. You are responsible for accurately representing our services and products and for ensuring that your marketing materials comply with all applicable laws and regulations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

3.3. You may not engage in deceptive or unethical practices, including, but not limited to, false advertising, spamming or misrepresentation of our offerings.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

4. Payments<\/span><\/span><\/p>

4.1. Commissions are generally paid monthly, subject to a minimum payment threshold specified in the terms of the Affiliate Program.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

4.2. Payments are made through the preferred method specified in your affiliate account settings.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

5. Termination<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Market Vision Scape reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the program at any time for violations of this policy or for any other reason.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

5.2. Termination may result in the loss of unpaid commissions.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

6. Changes in the Affiliate Program<\/span><\/span><\/p>

6.1. We may modify, suspend or terminate the Affiliate Program or this Affiliate Policy at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

7. Confidentiality<\/span><\/span><\/p>

7.1. As an affiliate, you may have access to confidential information about Market Vision Scape. You agree to keep this information confidential and not to disclose it to third parties.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

8. Applicable Law<\/span><\/span><\/p>

8.1. This Affiliate Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chile, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.<\/span><\/span><\/p>
