  • Cancellation requests received within 24 hours of placing the order may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellation requests received after 24 hours but before the service delivery date may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for service cancellations made after the service delivery date.

2. Cancellation of Product Orders

If you wish to cancel an order for a physical product, please contact our customer service team at support@marketvisionscape.com. Cancellations of product orders are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests received within 2 days of placing the order may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellation requests received after 2 days but before the product is shipped may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • If the product has already been shipped, you may return it in accordance with our Refunds and Returns Policy.

3. Reimbursement Process

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5 business days and issued in the original form of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
